The Current's Sparkling Soirée Members' Party will be one to remember!
After a two-year hiatus, The Current brings back the Members Soirée ~ a very special evening dedicated to celebrating the people who bring The Current to life: YOU!
Come out Sunday, December 11th, 5-7pm to The Current's galleries to enjoy live jazz by The Chris Peterman Quartet, abundant hors d'oeuvres and refreshments and one last chance to view the "When the well is dry" exhibition.
The Chris Peterman Quartet brings together four of Vermont's finest and most sought-after musicians, playing a wide variety of contemporary and classic jazz in a uniquely melodic style, and focused on the dialog and interplay that are the heart of jazz. Their repertoire will include familiar favorites as well as compositions by the band, re-imaginings of the music of Pat Metheny, Weather Report, and Chick Corea among others.
Admission is free but pre-registration is required for entry.
