And that's what led to me publishing my cookbook, FL!P YOUR K!TCHEN® | How to cook 21 meals a week from scratch without spending your life in the kitchen, and a workbook that goes with it.
And now I'm going to give you the hands-on version of the book—and much, much more!
In these monthly sessions, we'll spend two hours on the first Sunday of each month learning some kitchen, nutrition, meal planning, and cooking basics. You'll get recipes in advance, so you can do your shopping and cook along with me! We'll end up with 2–3 dishes you can use during the week, and you'll learn a lot about how to meal plan and prep on your own.
