Yoga for Beginners - Short Sequences - New Format for the Next Session
Video Recordings
Now until the end of the year is often a very busy time of year for many people. You may not have time for a full one-hour class of yoga, but you can possibly fit in 15 minutes of yoga in a day.
This session includes video recordings of 12 short yoga sequences. Each short sequence focuses on different poses. Each video recording is approximately 15 minutes long (ranging from 13 to 18 minutes). The pose focus and time are in the file name to make it easier for you to choose a video recording and plan for your time. These classes are taught by Marianne Orest, Hatha Yoga Certified.
You will have access to all 12 video recordings from now until 01/08/23. You can choose to use one sequence each day and repeat the sequence as many times as you like, repeat the same sequence on the same day to make a longer class, or mix and match the sequences on the same or different days. Whatever works for you!
