Aging and other factors can cause both men and women to lose bone mass. This 6-class series aims to address bone health through a gentle yoga class that emphasizes balance, strength, and flexibility. The class is appropriate for any level student - regardless of age or yoga experience. Participants need to have the ability to move between standing and sitting on a yoga mat without assistance.
