Join the City of Winooski and Downtown Winooski in celebrating Halloween in Winooski 2022 in Rotary Park on Saturday, October 29! Pumpkins will also be lit on Sunday October 30, weather permitting!
Bring your family, friends and neighbors to Rotary Park in downtown Winooski for the Halloween in Winooski party on Saturday October 29, 4-10pm. Free and open to all, though we suggest a $5 donation if you're able so we can keep this event coming back year after year.
1,000 (!) jack-o-lanterns carved by the community will be magnificently lit. It's a spectacle so many of us look forward to. This year we're hosting music throughout the evening including a "Kidz Klub" dance party with DJ Craig Mitchell 5-7 pm (free glow necklaces for kids while supplies last!), with headlining band Night Protocol after. Come down to take photos in the photobooth, complete the kids scavenger hunt, spend time with friends and neighbors, dance, and enjoy the pumpkin display! Grab a drink or food at your favorite local spot afterwards. Many local businesses have specials and events to celebrate Halloween!
The pumpkins have been picked, transported, gutted, carved, stored, and now they're getting ready for the main event! Thank you to all of the volunteers from the community and region for making this happen. We're still in need of volunteers on Saturday and Sunday, please see this site for more info: http://downtownwinooski.org/halloween or email meredith@downtownwinooski.org.
See you out there!
