Anam Cara Sojourners invites you to Celtic Advent Daily Prayer. Anam Cara Sojourners is a Vermont group that explores Celtic Spirituality in the Christian tradition though we draw participants from other geographic areas. Partnering with St. James Episcopal Church, Essex Junction and Trinity Episcopal Church, Shelburne, we invite you to join us online for a daily moment of reflection and prayer during the season of Celtic Advent. We will gather Mondays – Fridays, beginning Monday, November 14 at 8:30 a.m. The daily moments last about 20 minutes. This is not a discussion group, rather one that gathers for simple reflection, prayers, and music.

The program is led by the Rev. Kim Hardy, Director of Anam Cara Sojourners and Rector of St. James Church, and the Rev. Dr. Fred Moser, Rector of Trinity Church. We will use the resource Advent in Narnia: Reflections for the Season by Heidi Haverkamp, This book draws from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis for its reflections.
