Want to have a gentle tune-up to support your body's natural healing process and functionality? Join Nicole for a live virtual class every Tuesday at 3pm for 6 weeks starting November 1 – December 6th. We'll do some breathwork, spinal and cross-body movements, balancing exercises, nerve calming exercises, and a little self-massage. Relax, connect with the body, breath, and let go of unnecessary tension. This series is also great for those struggling with fatigue, long COVID, and other mental/physical conditions limiting your functionality. Ask questions or pre-register by contacting Nicole. Workshop series is offered by donation ($30-$120 suggested).
