The Edward Farrar Utility District Commissioners are holding a second informational meeting on the 51 South Main Street housing proposal for the lot at 51 South Main Street on Tuesday Oct 18 at 6:30 pm at St Leo's Hall at 109 South Main Street.

The EFUD Commissioners have scheduled this meeting for those who could not make the first meeting and to present additional information about the housing proposal in response to questions that have been raised. The EFUD Commissioners, municipal officials and Downstreet staff will be presenting the update of the 2016 Downtown Parking Study, street view of the proposed building, explanation of income eligibility and resident rents, information from the Board of Civil Authority on voter registration and eligibility to vote on October 24.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the housing situation in Waterbury and this housing proposal the EFUD Commissioners have brought to the voters to be voted on at a meeting on Oct 24 starting at 6;30 pm at the Main Street Fire station 43 South Main Street.
