The Edward Farrar Utility District (EFUD) Commissioners have scheduled a second informational meeting on Tuesday Oct 18 at 6:30 pm at St Leo's Hall to share additional information on the housing proposal for the lot at 51 South Main Street and the process for consideration and voting. Information will be presented on elevation views of the building , on questions about downtown parking capacity, income levels for housing eligibility, how to register or check your eligibility to vote, and the voting process at the Oct 24 meeting. We will also be covering information presented at the previous meeting on lot history, the Town Plan, Zoning regulations and the proposal from Downstreet Housing and Community Development and taking questions from the public. The meeting is open to everyone Village or Town residents while only EFUD resident voters will be voting on Oct 24.
The meeting is Tuesday Oct 18, at 6:30 pm at St Leo's Hall at 109 South Main Street.
