Description: These are closed, limited-session, confidential therapy groups based on one paint point (anxiety, depression, grief, etc.) that the group members share. Each group session includes psychoeducation, skill building in emotional regulation and introspection, mindfulness techniques, journaling, and art therapeutic interventions.
