Sunday Morning Yoga returns to Zoom!
If you are looking for a way to combat stress and promote well-being, join me via zoom on Sunday mornings from 9am to 10:15am (ish) for a well-rounded yoga practice. We start with focussing on our breath and quieting our minds. After a gentle warmup, we dive into a sequence of asanas or poses to build and maintain strength, flexibility and balance. The session ends with a cool down and rest (Savasana).
All levels of experience are welcome; it is never too late to start. I will adjust the practice to the needs of the students to make it save, accessible and fun. If you would like to join or have any questions, please send an email to info@happycat.yoga. I am asking for $10 per session or just pay what you can.
In case you don't know me, my name is Doris Bittruf. I have lived in Westford for almost eight years. I have practiced yoga for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about teaching it to promote well-being. I am currently continuing my education with classes on Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama (breath work), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation. I am also an avid reader and enjoy volunteering at the Westford Public library.
