For those of you may have missed the Planning Commission meeting notice in Seven Days here is the link.

The meeting is at 7pm, October 17th. A copy of both the clean and redlined (track changes) versions of the revised regulation can be found on the Town website homepage. https://www.huntingtonvt.org/

In my opinion the revisions address the lion's share of the objections which sounded like they caused the vote on the last set to fail. There should be a short summary of the changes published soon but for those who are curious it is pretty quick to zip through the redline document.

As I have mentioned before some of the objections I heard were to State law which is a big part of the regulations and can not be changed as they are statutory.

I believe further outreach will be done for those who are less comfortable with computers but in the meantime I know you can get a copy of the revised regulations at the Town Offices.
