Yoga for Mental Health Practice, Thursday Eves, Oct. 6

Hello, Neighbors,

Join me and a small group of others for a weekly Yoga practice Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:45 pm. This hybrid in-person / Zoom class is low-key, and work- at- your- own- pace. In addition to the weekly practice, each person gets the recording of the practice to do on their own as many times as they want that week.

The practice focuses on the poses, stretching and strengthening, breathing, mindfulness, balance and relaxation practices of Yoga, all targeted to ease an anxious mind or lift a low mood. Some experience with yoga is helpful but not required.

We're looking for about 6 people, so the group is small and we cultivate our own community including a weekly check-in and the Yoga practice which always ends with relaxation practice. We head into the weekend feeling calm, energized and focused. (It's pretty awesome.)
