I'm really excited for this workshop with the Vermont Garden Network and we still have space! It's taking place outdoors at Guilford School, October 1, 10am-noon.

VGN is driving down from Burlington with their very cool mobile classroom (a retrofitted van that has an induction stove kitchenette, an awning, collapsible tables & benches, free seeds, and educational resources for various workshops). They're providing us with a free 2 hour hands-on cooking workshop that will cover cooking on a budget with seasonal veggies, as well as the nutritional benefits of eating fresh produce.
