Summer at the Waterbury Public Library

Summer programming for kids kicks off on Monday, June 23 with a special Musical Story Time with Lesley Grant at 10 AM. You can pick up summer Reading Logs at the Library also starting on June 23rd. Prizes will be awarded to kids who turn in a completed Log at the end of summer.

This summer’s nationwide Collaborative Summer Library Program themes are “Fizz, Boom, Read!” for children, and “Spark a Reaction” for Young Adults. The Waterbury Public Library is very excited about the incredible STEM programming opportunities these themes offer! All throughout the summer, the library will also host a myriad of other events and programs using these Collaborative Summer Library Program themes.

So, this Monday, bring the kids into the Library to hear and sing with Lesley Grant, pick up a Reading Log AND a Calendar of Events so you don’t miss a thing! Also, check our website at www.waterburypubliclibrary.com or call 244-7036 for more details and information.
