The Essex Town Planning Commission & Landowner Alan French, Applicant Ken Heco and Engineer John Stuart will be conducting a site visit relating to an application for a 9-unit residential subdivision, located in the Low Density Residential (R1) Zone and Scenic Resource Preservation Overlay (SRPO) District.
The public is invited to attend and listen as the applicants describe the lay of the land. You must write your specific questions relating to the application down and bring them to the next meeting (not yet scheduled).
