Join Tree from Tree House Yoga & Wellness in South Hero at the Worthen Library under the tent for yoga Monday's 4-5pm September 12, 19 and if weather permits the 26th. All are welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, props if desired and a smile. (Masks are optional) Classes are $12. September 12th is a free community class! YAY :-)

Zoom yoga classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-9:30am. Private and semi-private classes are also offered based on availability. If you are interested in joining via zoom please email Tree at treehouseyogavt@gmail.com
