The public is invited to the opening reception of Earth & Fire, a glass and pottery exhibit of works by local glass artists and potters. Artists will comment on their work at the reception which is free and open to the public. The reception and exhibit is being held at the Mad River Arts Festival Gallery, 5031 Main St, Waitsfield from August 28th to October 14th. Artists featured are Noel Bailey, Tom Bednash, Valerie Dearing, Luke Iannuzzi, Bette Ann Libby, ML McLaughlin, Leslie Montalto, Joy Paradissis Playter, Jean Sharry, Michael Egan, Spencer Kirk-Jackson, Davis Leppla, Melanie Guernsey Leppla, Audrey Mosley and Joan Siegel.
