This summer the Mad River Taste Place and the 1824 House + Barn are partnering up for a fun, educational and delicious series of classes to highlight some of our favorite things: Cheese, Beer, and Wine!
All classes will be held in the Barn at 1824 House Inn + Barn.
August 18 - Perfect Pairings: Vermont Cheese & Wines of the World. Join Josh Turka and Maru Tuthill of the Mad River Taste Place as they take you through some fun and tasty cheese and wine pairings. The class will explore what to look for when pairing cheese & wine - exploring what works and why. Guaranteed to make you a hero at your next party!
