So How Do We Live Well Together and Avoid Catastrophe?

Past event

To care is deeply human.
But with our overly powerful and globally extractive economic system – how do we actually make this work?
To care for our kids? Future generations? All species?
Can science alone guide the economy, equity, and sustainability?
Does it require a shared religion?
Could a constitutional amendment for the rights of nature work?
Perhaps governance by a council of all species led by loving elders?
Are we trapped in Fermi's paradox?

Who are our kin? Who are we accountable to?

Let's talk about it! Thursday 5 – 6 pm Bring a water bottle and pull up a chair.
We can talk as I plant fall greens at the 485 Elm Street Garden.

Community garden covid agreements require masking and keeping social distance unless you are fully vaccinated.

Caution – we may talk about global climate chaos and our kin.
