Notice of Development Review Board Site Visit and Permit Application Hearing
A Zoning Permit Application (2022-18) for a Single Family Dwelling and unattached garage has been submitted by Clinton Holt. The proposed building site is in the Upland Overlay Zoning District which requires Conditional Use approval from the Calais Development Review Board (DRB) prior to issuing a permit application, per Table 2.5 of the Calais Land Use and Develpoemnt Regulations.
The proposed building site is on Parcel #211039 on the east side of Blachly Road, approximately .4 miles NNE of 501 Blachly Road.
The DRB will meet for a site visit on Thursday, August 18th at 6 pm
The DRB will hold their hearing on Thursday, August 25 at 7 pm at the Calais Town Hall
Copy of the Permit Application can be viewed in the Calais Town Office or on Town of Calais Website Calendar @ https://www.calaisvermont.gov/
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
NOTE: Both the DRB Site Visit and Public Hearing will be in-person meetings
