GUN SAFETY is on the agenda of tonight's school board meeting - FINALLY!!
After meeting with our child's school we were disheartened (and quite surprised) to learn that the protocols in place for an active shooter situation are just insufficient.
Please attend via zoom to show the school district that this topic is one we want them to improve upon, to make known to us what they are doing to to keep our kids safe, to continue to talk about.
(This meeting is only by zoom tonight, there will be no in person attendance at tonight's meeting, unfortunately)

!!!! Please also note "gun safety" isn't listed on the agenda itself but we have been assured that it is on the agenda for todays meeting. The time they gave us is for 9:20pm. They said that they would "try to move it earlier". This topic matters. Please don't let the time hinder your presence in the meeting, even though I know it'll be hard to make it.
