5:00 PM Call to order, amendments, welcoming guests

5:05 Planning Commission presentation of the proposed updated Middlesex Land Use Regulations. CVRPC Senior Planner Clare Rock to present. Likely action on Select Board's official receipt of proposed regulations.

5:50 ARPA – reviewing and approving a Memorandum of Understanding to give $100,000 from Middlesex's America Rescue Plan Act funds to CVFiber for "100 Mbps symmetrical broadband Internet service" to underserved areas of Town. Action likely.
Scheduling a public hearing to discuss how best to spend remaining $400,000 of Middlesex's ARPA funds. Action likely.

6:05 Treasurer Report – Updates on Town fiscal issues. Action possible.

6:20 Highway Report – Updates on Center Road paving project and solutions to Class 4 North Bear Swamp trails. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the July 19, 2022 Select Board Meeting. Action likely.
- Discussion of inspection of Town Hall's ADA compliance by Disability Rights VT. Action unlikely.
- Any other matters that may come before the Board.
