Kundalini yoga class will be held at the North Hero Community Hall this Wednesday July 13th @ 9:00am. We are relocating due to the Parks and Rec kids camp that is happening at Camp Ingalls this week.

This is our second class in the series of "Letting Go". This week's class is to relax and release fear. It is really a beautiful class. Anyone is welcome. No experience is necessary. Bring your own yoga mat. Cost is by donation.

Next week we will be back at Camp Ingalls in the longhouse. No sign up necessary. Just show up. Hope to see you!
