The results of the community survey said people want to be able to network more often with their neighbors. Let’s get together and talk about it. It was suggested that it would be a good idea to start out by getting together with people in our community and anyone else that might be interested for feedback to plan for an annual town party.
Since the survey, discussion has been focusing on having a Ferrisburgh Good Neighbor Day, with a celebration much like the 250th celebration to become an annual event. The date and place of such an event have not been determined. To start the process there is going to be an informal brainstorming session on Thursday June 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room at town hall.
Get your creative juices flowing chock-full of inspiring, creativity inducing ideas, music, or whatever to share! Bring your comments and ideas of where to proceed, or just come and offer support. You can make a difference.
Everyone is welcome. This occasion will be a wonderful opportunity to meet people and to be a part of an important event for our town.
