There are many health benefits of both yoga and sauna. Combine the two on Sunday morning for the self-care you deserve and your body needs.
10am-11 am All level morning Yoga with Amy in the yoga field
11am-12 pm: Fire & aromatherapy sauna sessions on the rock terrace
For the sauna session a robe, spa sandals and a towel will be provided. There is a changing room and shower on site for after yoga.
