The Calais Board of Civil Authority will meet Monday, June 27, 2022, 5:30-6:00 pm at the Calais Town Hall to:
- Elect BCA Chair, November 2022 – October 2023
- Approve Minutes of November 9, 2021 BCA Meeting
- Discuss and vote on where to hold August 9, 2022 statewide primary election
- Discuss and vote on where to hold November 8, 2022 statewide general election
- Discuss and vote whether masks will be required, requested, or not mentioned
- Advise that ballots will not be automatically mailed for the August primary; Voters must request mail-in, absentee, early voting ballots; Watch for Secretary of State's postcard mailing sent week of June 20
- Advise that we have a new Tabulator
- Discuss need for election volunteers for both August and November elections, including the added need to press out ballot's folded creases to increase success of Tabulator acceptance
- Other Business
