5:00 Call to order, welcoming guests, amendments.

5:05 Appoint an applicant to fill a vacant Select Board seat until the March 7, 2023 Town Meeting as permitted under 24 V.S.A. § 963. Action likely.

5:20 Approving, if possible, a new Town Road Foreman and setting the foreman's rate of pay. Action likely.

5:30 Monthly joint meeting with the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department. Action possible.

5:50 Considering the Trails Committee's Request to begin the statutory procedure required to downgrade a Class 4 portion of North Bear Swamp Road (vaguely between the Hunger Mountain parking lot and the first house off East Bear Swamp) to a legal trail due to a persistent pond. Action possible.

6:05 Highway Department Update. Action possible

6:20 Treasurer's Report. Action possible.
