This event is part of the larger nationwide, year-long celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Frederick Law Olmsted, social reformer and founder of American landscape architecture. Sponsored by the National Association for Olmsted Parks, along with their partners, Olmsted 200 is exploring Olmsted's living legacy this year, highlighting the many ways it is more relevant today than ever before, and examining how it can be sustained into the future.
