Join me for a 2 hour workshop where you will gain an understanding of the dynamic system of hormones in our bodies and how they may be contributing to your symptoms. You'll learn how to work WITH your body's natural rhythms and tune into your body wisdom to support its optimal function.
You'll leave with concrete steps to take and a practice to delve deeper into your unique landscape. You will also receive individualized support in identifying the most beneficial ways you can work to support your body's equilibrium in a 30 minute 1:1 follow up session.

With a background in social work, a masters in nutrition and a deep sense of spiritual connection and practice, she melds nutrition science, psychology and spirituality in her work with people to find mind-body-spirit wellness.
