The Walk for Animals is here, Saturday June 7 at 9:30am! Central Vermont Humane Society is celebrating 50 years of saving animals’ lives. To help support shelter animals, the CVHS 22nd Annual Walk for Animals will be held on Saturday, June 7th. Registration is at 9:30 and the Walk begins at 10am at the Montpelier Recreation Field Pavilion at Poolside Drive.
Participants are asked to collect cash, checks or online pledges for shelter animals. For more information, to create an online fundraising page, download a paper pledge sheet and pre-register, go to www.cvhumane.com.
All walkers who raise at least $50 will receive a free Walk t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded to the highest pledge collectors in 3 categories: adult, kid and team. Enjoy free cake, free giveaways, dog training demos, food for purchase, and more!
Come for the Walk, Stay for the Fun! Walk to provide help for today, hope for tomorrow, and a voice for animals who cannot advocate for themselves.
