Just switched over calendar and realized that the special evening town meeting is Monday, June 16 -- not sure of time. I think it is 6 p.m. Not sure of location either. Can a neighbor fill us in about exact details -- WHEN? WHERE??

An evening meeting means no one will have to miss work (tho maybe I'll bring sandwiches along...or should we organize a potluck?). Not sure what, if any, childcare arrangements will be available. INFO? When I had young children at home, this time slot was the "witching hour" when tempers frayed. With teenagers, it was getting everyone fed on a different schedule. So if you're like me, good luck -- it will take remembering and planning to get there.

Please come -- this could be a demonstration of whether evening meetings work.

Remember, this meeting is about equal access to voting on a budget of $4+ million (that is, via Australian ballot). No amount of special electronic connections is going to help elders who do not have access to technology or traveling citizens (whether on missions of mercy/war or escaping the March weather).
