This Tuesday, 5/10, from 6-7pm, Mt. Abe and 5-Town Friends of the Arts are sponsoring an appearance by Young Traditions Youth Commission at the Fine Arts Festival space in the gym at Mt. Abe HS. This quartet of highly talented high-school students will play a wide assortment of traditional music on fiddles, banjo and flute. The Youth Commission is the most select group of Pete Sutherland's Young Traditions program, has performed widely in New England and abroad, and are sure to inspire youth of all ages. This is a rare local appearance - bring the family and enjoy top-notch acoustic music as you peruse the wonderful art!
