"Peace Pilgrimage to the West Bank" A presentation at the Weybridge Congregational Church

Join church and community members for a presentation by David Benedict titled "Peace Pilgrimage to the West Bank", Sunday March 9th in the Fellowship Hall of the Weybridge Congregational Church. Come for refreshments at 11:15 with the presentation starting at 11:30.

In May of 2024, David Benedict led a peace delegation to the West Bank. He was accompanied by five seminarians from the New York City area. David will tell us the story of his long relationship with and visit to the West Bank vineyard and farm of the Daoud Nasser family near Nahalin, Palestine, where their generations have lived for over 100 years. Including photos of the area, Benedict will relate the history of the farm and the challenges of living under ongoing Israeli military occupation.
