Migrant Justice's Milk with Dignity campaign builds a movement of farmworkers and allies calling on dairy companies to ensure respect for human rights in their supply chains by joining the worker-driven Milk with Dignity Program. Ben & Jerry's finally joined the program in 2017 and 100% of their supply chain farms are enrolled providing better working and living conditions for farmworkers and paying farmers a premium for their milk.

We are calling for Hannaford, one of the largest supermarket chains in the northeast, to join now and protect human rights.

Please come stand with Rural Vermont, 350VT, and folks from other social justice organizations at the Barre Hannaford on Sunday, May 1st at 1:30pm. Meet up in the Park & Ride across the street from the store. Bring a homemade sign if you can, but we will have some to share. Please invite your family, friends, and co-workers as we add our voices to over 30 actions across the Northeast that day calling on Hannaford to join Migrant Justice's Milk with Dignity program.
