Join me for a 30 minute mindfulness practice via zoom!
This class will incorporate community, new mindfulness techniques each week, optional journal assignments and reflections.
This event is DONATION BASED and is ONGOING, every Wednesday morning from 6:30-7:00am- you can pay what you can, and come and go as you please!
Practice can be done in any old clothing, and sitting in a cozy chair, lying in bed, or any other comfortable position you find yourself able to plug in and tune into your body from!
