Join us tomorrow for setting intentions for connecting to our sacred heart, peace where our highest self communicates to us. Allow the sounds to wash over you to quiet the external noise, mind chatter, overwhelm to connect to peace and stillness. Kat will use various sound tools to wash over you to release holding within your body, mind and soul.

We sit in circle to begin ceremony and share our intentions. if you choose to lay down for the sound healing portion please bring a mat and blanket. After the sound portion we pick angel cards and share if we choose. Lets change what we can, feel empowered and strength within.
