Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to restart after a break, if you like to ease in, this could be the class for you! All levels of experience and ability are welcome, and all practices are offered with options so you can move in a way that suits you.
Beginner Yoga with Esther M Palmer at Otter Creek Yoga, Thursdays 5:30pm
A continuation of the Beginner's Yoga Series offered in January 2022, this mat-based* class is designed to help you gradually build awareness through accessible movement and breathing practices. You may find your mobility and strength improving along the way, too! I always welcome feedback and requests and with that the mood of the class is often determined by the community amongst the participants (a friendly bunch!). Throughout class, I'll offer the option to make individual choices, along with information about why you might choose one movement over another.
