To celebrate warmer weather, we'll be featuring orange wines -- white wines that are fermented with their skins to give extra body. The method for making orange wines isn't new, but the wines are growing in popularity because they pair well with medium bodied foods like roast or grilled chicken, pork, or heavier fish like salmon. We'll be sampling three orange wines, two from CA and one from Spain, ranging from $13.99 to $16.99. We'll also feature an affordable Finger Lakes white from one of their top winemakers ($13.99) and a buttery complex California chardonnay on sale (usually $22 but on offer at $17.99). Come early to make sure you get the wine you want.
