And tomorrow night! And Saturday at noon! Our CVU thespians are ready to entertain us.
I just had a peek at the seating charts for all three days, and my heart's breaking. So few people have bought tickets this year--for an event that is often sold out--and our kiddos have worked so hard to put on a great show. CVU's spring theater productions are extra special because, in addition to everything else theater students do, (acting, set design, stage crew, sound and lighting), our seniors also get to direct.
The fall musical was comedy gold for all ages; I expect this spring's series of one-act plays will be just as much fun! Will you come out and support our students? Of course, proceeds from ticket and concession sales support the entire theater program at CVU.
Details:
Four one-act plays: Hallmarks of Horror; Murder in the Knife Room; The Real Inspector Hound; Almost, Maine. Location is the CVU theater. Masks are optional. To keep our community safe, please do not attend if you have symptoms of an illness.
Showtimes:
Thursday, April 14 at 7pm: Hallmarks of Horror and Murder in the Knife Room
Friday, April 15 at 7pm: Almost Maine and The Real Inspector Hound
Saturday, April 16 from 12-4pm: All four one-act plays!
Tickets:
www.ticketsource.us/cvutheatre, or at the door the day of the performance. Be sure to check the ticket site to see if the show is sold out (and wouldn't that be lovely).
