Craftsbury Historical Society Clean-Up Day, June 2

Past event
Jun 2, 2014, 9 AM to 12 PM

On Monday, June 2, 9 am, we'll be holding a Clean-Up Bee at the Historical Society's headquarters on the Common, next to the Church. We welcome volunteer help - nothing too strenuous, but we want to be ready for our grand opening for the season on Wednesday, June 4, 10 - 12 am. We've got a little painting to do, along with vacuuming, washing windows in and out, general light clean-up/straightening up, rearranging exhibits…and the lawn might need raking. As a reminder to all, our first monthly meeting will be at Horace Strong's canoe workshop on Wednesday, June 18th, 7 pm. Mark your calendars.

Remember - if you were living in Craftsbury yesterday, you've become an important player in its history. Come on out and support your Historical Society! We welcome your membership: $10/individual, $15 family - we try to keep it affordable!
We hope to see you 9 am on Monday to help with the clean-up. Be sure to come and listen to Horace on June 18th. And remember: if the flag is out, the Historical Society is open! (10 - 12 on Wednesdays and Saturdays). Questions? Call Don Houghton, 755-6178.
