We are excited (and busy) preparing for the first Jericho Farmer’s Market of the year (this Thursday, May 29th, from 3:30 till 6:30 at Mills Riverside Park!

We are in our 12th year of running our little Underhill micro-farm. Each year brings new challenges and greater variety! We’ll have many herbs/spices (Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme…….) and many other types as well! We hope to have dozens of varieties of tomatoes, to suit every taste and desire! We’ll even have some super-producing GRAFTED organic tomatoes! The production of these plants will knock your blossoms off! We also plan to have lettuce, spinach and cilantro each week – ready to eat! We’ll see you this Thursday at your local farmer’s market! Your neighbors at Underhill’s Maple Star Farm!
