AGENDA
Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board is holding its meetings via Zoom, though Town Hall will be open and staffed for in-person participation, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:00 p.m. Call to order, welcoming guests, amendments.

5:05 Public Hearing: to solicit input in compiling an application for a $60,000 grant from the Vermont Community Development Program that would be used to assess the needs of Town Hall, including ADA compliance and various structural, electrical and mechanical improvements. Action possible.

5:25 Considering appointments to fill three vacant Listers positions. Action likely.

5:35 Treasurer Report: addressing ARPA grant requirements, setting a meeting devoted solely to creating a list of ARPA priorities, considering a one-time standard deduction. Action possible.

6:00 Joint Meeting with the Middlesex Planning Commission: discussing whether to create a Development Review Board to replace a Planning Commission/ZBA. Action possible.

6:20 Reviewing and possibly approving a revised agreement outlining the Town's access to Rumney Memorial School. Action likely.

6:40 Town Highway Report – Road updates and other highway-related issues. Action possible.

7:00 Discussing a proposed cell tower on the Worcester side of Norton Road. Action possible.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Approving the minutes of the March 15, 2022, Select Board Meeting. Action likely.

- Considering a curb cut for Steve and Marissa Melamed at property they own on North Bear Swamp Road. Action likely.
