Thursday, March 24, 7pm, Mary Ellen LeMay will give a presentation, "The Green Corridor: Improving Biodiversity in Backyards and Protected Lands." She will speak about how to create sanctuaries for biodiversity for larger-scale land parcels and why lawns must become stepping stones for building habitats for pollinators as they move across the landscape.
The talk will also touch on a new concept called "rewilding" and on land stewardship. Sponsored by the Pollinator Pathway of Addison County. Free.
