On April 1st, you are invited to join and listen to Dr. Lesley-Ann Dupigny-Giroux, Vermont's climate science expert, who will be sharing up-to-date information on the climate crisis humanity is facing. She will address the impact climate change is having on Vermont communities by exploring the social and geographic vulnerabilities that various populations are facing as the world warms. Dr. Dupigny-Giroux is Vermont's State Climatologist, the president of the American Association of State Climatologists, and a professor of geography at UVM. She is dedicated to creating a climate literate population through education and inclusivity. This is an online Zoom event hosted by the Fairfax Neighbors for Racial Equity.
