Know thyself
Like water we have many identities as parents, teachers, healers, gardeners, athletes, acrobats, artists, inner children, liberals, conservatives, men, women, healthy, sick and on it goes. Are we aware of these different flavors within ourselves? In nature water reminds me of these changes in form. From ice to liquid, to steam, rain and clouds. Underneath it all lies the sacred geometry of all forms. How can we be more fluid in our dance from form to formlessness? Is it possible across all these identities to recognize our shared humanity even within the political, medical and religious worldviews? Can we keep on communicating within and without? Breathing in I am aware that I share this inhale with all the world, breathing out I let go into the collective once again.
Join me in this breath of unity for the New Year.

The day prior to the workshop, you will receive an email with the Zoom login details. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and open the Zoom meeting with video and audio enabled. You are encouraged to join a few minutes early.
During the workshop, Dunja will monitor everyone's breathing pattern and lend personal support as we move through the session.
