It's beginning to look a lot like the holidays ..... but what if you're not feeling the holiday spirit?
Our society has created a myth that we must be happy this time of year. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hannukkah, Kwanza, Winter Solstice, or take part in the cultural festivities of this time of year, the holidays are a time when we are "supposed to" celebrate, give thanks, and be merry.
Yet, it also is a time that can be full of sadness and grief.
Whether you are missing time with family and friends, mourning the death of a loved one, facing life after divorce, coping with a job loss, living with illness or trauma, or experiencing any number of other difficult situations, it's not unusual to feel down this time of year.
Our Blue Holiday Gathering and Ritual is an opportunity to acknowledge the painful parts of the holiday season in supportive community.
Join us on Wednesday, December 15th at 7pm (ET) on Zoom.
Registration is on a sliding scale.
