This public hearing is being held to solicit comments regarding the proposed Amendments to the 2016 Calais Town Plan. The proposed amendments affect two (2) sections of the Town Plan:
• Economic Development (pgs. 32-33) and
• Natural Resources, Part II (pg.64-71).
Neither amendment alters the designation of any land area.

• Consideration of Local Match Commitment Letter for Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) FEMA Grant for Kent Hill Road culvert replacement and upgrade
• Approve submittal of BRIC application
• Status of Road Crew hiring
• Update of winter roads contingency plan
• Review Winter Operations plan https://www.calaisvermont.gov/highway
8:00 pm • Consideration to approve HPC's submission of a CLG grant for Walking Tours of Calais
• Consider adding names of Lakes and Streams Committee members to town website
• Update on Town Hall cleaning schedule
• Consideration of staff bonuses
• Continuation of budget review
• Review town report schedule and deadlines – schedule budget meetings
• Other Updates (as needed)
• Review and approve minutes
