COUNTRY LOAF WORKSHOP AT RISE UP BAKERY
If you looking for some craft learning or a Christmas / New Year gift for your loved ones, join our workshop and look at your home baking from a different angle and prospective.
We received much enthusiastic feedback from so many of the participants after last year's Country Loaf workshop that we decided to offer it again for the community of bakers who may have been unable to attend and those who missed it. Country Loaf Bread formulas can differ from country to country, even from baker to baker! In this workshop, baker Jim Haas will guide you through a good rustic round loaf formula, explaining and teaching the essential baking processes and techniques used by home bakers and aspiring professional bakers alike. Our workshops are very "hands-on", so be prepared to really get your hands in the dough!
