The Reproductive Liberty Amendment is a proposed state constitutional amendment that would protect every Vermonter's right to make their own reproductive decisions, including whether and when to become a parent, use temporary or permanent birth control, or seek abortion care.

If passed by the Vermont House in the 2022 Legislative Session, the amendment will become a 2022 General Election ballot measure before Vermont voters.

This could be groundbreaking. If we pass the Reproductive Liberty Amendment, Vermont will become the first state in the nation to explicitly protect reproductive rights in its state constitution. I hope you'll join me in supporting this history-making effort!
